Dr. Oz Talks About One Of My Favorite Subjects -- Cleansing and Detoxification 



One of my favorite topics has always been cleansing and detoxification. However, on my travels across the country for many years, I’ve often noticed that it’s not been a popular topic with Americans. Is it possible that things are changing?



 

Last week Dr. Oz talked about cleansing, relating it to increasing our energy levels. Did you realize that cleansing is one of the fastest ways to reclaim your youthful energy? 

Nothing slows you down like a buildup of junk in your body, most often from those “foods” we choose. And why do we choose junk food, sugar, energy drinks and toxic processed foods? That’s right, to give us quick energy! Sad isn’t it? Our efforts backfire time and again, bankrupting our bodies in the long run, and we just keep hoping things will change.
